Stem cell storage with Cell To Cure ApS (“Cell To Cure”) is structured in three main stages: (1) Ordering the Cell To Cure Collection Kit, (2) Collection and Analysis, and (3) Storage.
1. Ordering the Cell To Cure Collection Kit The storage process begins when the customer places an order for a Cell To Cure Collection Kit. The kit is dispatched within five business days. When labor begins, please call the Cell To Cure hotline and bring the collection kit to the birth location. The kit contains all necessary materials for safe and hygienic collection of stem cells. 2. Collection and Analysis Once the child is born and the umbilical cord is clamped and cut, stem cells are collected. The completed collection kit, including the signed consent form and maternal blood sample, is securely packed and transported by a Cell To Cure partner to a certified laboratory for analysis and cryopreservation.
3. Storage Stem cell storage commences following successful analysis and cryopreservation in Cell To Cure’s biobank. The mother is the primary contracting party for the handling and long-term storage of the stem cells. The complete agreement outlining responsibilities and terms is available for download below.
Purchases at celltocure.dk Cell To Cure sells only to private individuals. Orders can be placed via our website, by phone or email. Changes or cancellations can be made at any time. All products are developed for the Danish and Scandinavian markets.
Customer Service Customer satisfaction is our priority. Our customer service team is available to support you with questions related to your purchase or our services. We do not charge for support via phone. Should any issue arise, we will strive to resolve it in accordance with recommendations from the Danish Consumer Ombudsman.
Prices and Payment Terms All prices listed on celltocure.dk include applicable taxes. Payment can be made via invoice, covering all services including collection, analysis, and storage. Please refer to Section 5 in the purchase terms for detailed payment options.
Delivery Kits are delivered via logistics partners to a pickup location near the provided address. Orders are shipped on weekdays.
Free Delivery We offer free shipping on orders. See Section 7 in the purchase conditions for full delivery terms.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from receipt. To exercise your right, contact us at info@celltocure.dk or call us. Additional terms are available in Section 8 of the purchase terms.
Complaints Private customers are entitled to a 3-year complaint period covering manufacturing defects. If a defect is found, please contact us promptly by email or phone. See Section 9 in the purchase terms for full details.
Returns Products being returned must be securely packed. We advise using the original packaging and a trackable shipping method. Returns using a prepaid return label can be arranged. Returning a Cell To Cure kit costs DKK 525 incl. VAT (except for approved returns). More details are provided in Section 10.
Security and Data Protection All customer data is handled securely and in compliance with GDPR. We collaborate exclusively with reputable payment providers. Information provided to us is processed and stored digitally and in written format, in line with relevant data protection regulations.
